So on to business...
Overall:
Cafe TH is a friendly local EaDO dive off of 2108 Pease St. which is relaxed and quick with the food. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by owner Minh he was pleasantly down to earth. I ordered the Pork Banh Mi, a favorite of mine at any Vietnamese sandwich shop. The bread was buoyantly delicious accompanied by a mild flakiness which absorbed the french butter without overdoing it. Cafe TH really packs in the meat or non-meat of your choice and left some room for the carrots which in this sandwich are the main veggie. Topped off with cucumber spades and just a touch of jalapeno it is sweeter then the Cali Sandwich which I enjoyed (personal preference since i top my sandwich off with Hoisin Sauce).
Atmosphere: Relaxed
Stop in with friend after class or take some classwork (GO COOGS!) and enjoy a Banh Mi or Pho at leisure surrounded by reminders of why we should support local businesses. The place is quiet but not to a fault. Drinks are water and whatever is in the soda fridge. You come and sit where you choose and when your done with the perfect lunch pay at the cash register. If you choose to use chopsticks or fork just ask. Cafe TH is a pretension free zone so leave the fashion frames and sass at the coffee shop.
Parking: pretty good
If your lucky storefront is available. If not the curb closest to Cafe TH is usually free for a couple cars. Overall parking is not really a hassle.
Will go back.
